Ostrid is in early development. The editor is free to use for now while we test the core 2D to 3D workflow, listen to early users, and keep improving the product in public.
All current features are free while Ostrid is young.

Use Ostrid for free while the product is still being shaped. Things may change, break, or move quickly, but the goal is simple: make the core workflow genuinely useful before charging for it.
Optional
Pay whatever feels right if you believe in Ostrid and want to help keep development moving. This is support for the project, not a guaranteed feature order.
Supporter payments, if accepted, are voluntary and non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Runway
Ostrid can be personally funded for the next 6 to 12 months. Support extends that runway and makes it easier to keep the editor free while the foundation is still settling.

Yes. Ostrid is free during early development while we validate the core editing, file, and walkthrough workflows.
Not guaranteed. Paid plans may arrive later for hosting-heavy features, collaboration, storage, exports, or professional workflows. Current early users will be told clearly before any pricing changes.
It is an optional contribution from someone who believes in the project and wants to help fund development. It is not a subscription, not a preorder, and not a promise that a specific feature will be shipped.
